Refund Policy

This policy outlines cancellation, refund, and modification terms for our services. By booking, you agree to these terms and supplier (airline, hotel, venue) policies.

Travel Bookings: Cancellations must be in writing with your booking reference. Refunds: 30+ days pre-departure (full minus 10% admin fee); 15-29 days (50% refund); <15 days (no refund, unless package states otherwise). Supplier policies apply to flights/accommodations. For our/supplier cancellations, we offer rebooking or full refund with no fees.

Event Services: Written cancellation required. Refunds: 90+ days pre-event (70% minus supplier deposits); 30-89 days (30% minus deposits); <30 days (no refund). Modifications may incur fees, with revised quotes in 3 business days.

Refund Details: Refunds processed in 7-14 business days via original payment method. Non-refundable items: supplier deposits, admin fees, completed customized services, travel insurance (per insurer terms).
